Hallowing God’s name at its most basic level is not saying God’s name in vain – a violation of the third commandment (Ex. 20:7). God’s name followed by the curse word. But even the notorious and ever-popular “Oh My…” Now we even tritely use the letters “OMG” as if the name of the Holy One can be taken as a figure of speech, a point of exclamation or a throw-away comment in our forms of entertainment.

Half boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cubed

Thyme, optional

(10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2

Milk

(14 1/2 oz.) cut green beans, drained
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute chicken and thyme in oil 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Blend soup with milk, add to skillet with vegetables. Heat through.
Serve over hot buttered noodles or mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped
parsley if desired. Serve with hot biscuits or bread, if desired. Makes 6
servings.
