Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb Lean trimmed pork; 10 oz Pork fat; 1 ts Black pepper; Handful snipped chives; pn Cayenne; 1 tb Parsley, minced; 1/2 ts Marjoram, crushed; 1/4 ts Coriander, ground; 1/2 ts Summer savory, crushed; 1/4 ts Nutmeg

10	oz	Pork fat
1	ts	Black pepper
		Handful snipped chives

INSTRUCTIONS

Grind meat and fat together finely.  Mix all ingredients, along with a few
drops of warm water. Form patties and wrap, then freeze.
