INSTRUCTIONS
In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, bring stock to a boil. Stir in couscous, onions, nuts, and mushrooms. Immediately remove from heat, cover, and let stand until liquid is absorbed (5 minutes). Serve garnished with parsley.
