Ingredients: 2 Oranges peeled & cut into pieces; 1 sm Onion chopped fine; 2 Minced habaneros chiles; or to your taste; 1/4 c Chopped cilantro leaves; or more; no stems; 3 tb Fresh lime juice; 2 ts Extra virgin olive oil; 1/2 ts Dried Mexican oregano; 1/4 ts Salt (optional)
