(6 oz) crab meat; picked over, and flaked

Chopped fresh dill
INSTRUCTIONS
*Or, fresh crab meat, picked over and flaked.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Add the cream cheese, crab meat,
salt and pepper. In a 7- by 12-inch baking dish (or a 9- by 9-inch), melt
the butter. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Sprinkle the chopped dill
over the top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
