Name: Crabmeat Mousse
Ingredients: 1 c Golden mushroom soup; undiluted; 1 c Mayonnaise; 8 oz Cream cheese; softened; 1 tb Lemon juice; 1 Env gelatin powder dissolved in; 3 tb Water; 1/2 ts Paprika; 1 Or 2 cans crabmeat; 1/2 ts Dry mustard; 1 c Celery; diced; Salt; freshly ground black pepper; 2 Green onions; finely diced w/tops

Teenagers typically share certain characteristics. First, they are going through the stage in life where they believe they know all there is to know and what they don’t know isn’t worth knowing. Second, the hormones and chemicals charging through their brains and bodies hinder them, often rendering them incapable of reasoning as rational adults. They want what they want when they want it, and often don’t have any clue that what they are asking for will hurt them. It is the job of the parents to keep their children safe from themselves as they negotiate this difficult time of life.

INGREDIENTS

1	c	Golden mushroom soup; undiluted

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat mushroom soup, add cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in
dissolved gelatin and add crabmeat (reserve any large pieces or actual legs
to decorate top). Add green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika,
mustard, salt and pepper. Blend well. Spray mold with Pam, place large
pieced of crab in bottom of mold, pour mixture in and refrigerate at least
8 hours. Serve with crackers. f
