INGREDIENTS

2 T Butter
1 c Cracked wheat
2 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook cracked wheat in butter for a couple of minutes. Add water and
bring it to a boil. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until  tender.
Serve with grated Parmesan or serve with plain yogurt, sliced  almonds
