INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a
mixing bowl, combine apples, cranberries carrots, egg whites, and
applesauce. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder,
baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Fill prepared pan(s) 2/3 full. Bake for
20 to 25 minutes depending on pan size.
