Ingredients: 1/2 c Chilled sliced ripe bananal; (1 small); 3/4 c Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt; 3/4 c Chilled cranberry juice cocktail; 1/2 c Skim milk

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and
process until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 2-1/2 cups (serving size:
1-1/4    cups).
