INGREDIENTS

1 tb Margerine
1 sm Onion, chopped
3 lb Skinless breasts or thighs (around 8)
2/3 c Ketchup
1/3 c Brown sugar
1 1/2 tb Cider vinegar
1 ts Dry mustard
2 c Fresh or frozen fresh cranberries

INSTRUCTIONS

SAUCE
Melt margerine, saute onion 8 to 10 minutes. Place chicken in 1 layer in a
baking pan. Pour onion mixture over chicken. Bake for 25 minutes at 375
degrees. Then pour sauce mixture over top and bake 20 minutes.
Note.  Suggest you 1 1/2 times the sauce recipe if you would like it saucy.
