INGREDIENTS
| 1 | c | Flour |
| 1/3 | c | Light brown sugar; firmly packed |
| 2 | tb | White sugar |
| 1 | tb | Baking powder |
| 1/2 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
| 1/4 | ts | Salt |
| 2 1/2 | c | Post raisin bran |
| 1 | c | Milk |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1/3 | c | Oil |
| 1 | ts | Grated orange peel |
| 1 | c | Cranberries |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Mix cereal and milk in another bowl and let stand about 3 minutes; stir will. Stir in egg, oil and peel. Add to flour mixture; mix just enough to moisten flour. Fold in cranberries. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling each cup 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 muffins.
