INGREDIENTS
| 1 | pk | Strawberry flavored gelatin; (3oz) |
| 1 | c | Hot water |
| 1 | cn | Whole berry cranberry sauce; (16 oz) |
| 1/2 | c | Chopped celery |
| 1/2 | c | Chopped pecans; (or more) |
| 1 | c | Sour cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill until consistency of egg white. Remove from refrigerator and add broken up cranberry sauce, celery and nuts; fold in sour cream. Pour into a 4-cup mold that has been sprayed with vegetable spray; chill until firm. Unmold on a bed of letuce to serve.
