INGREDIENTS
| 3 | cn | (14 oz) tomatoes,diced |
| 12 | oz | Chicken broth |
| 2 | tb | Butter |
| 2 | tb | Sugar |
| 1 | sm | Onion chopped |
| 1 | pn | Baking soda |
| 2 | c | Cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix tomatoes, chicken broth, butter, sugar, onions and baking soda in a large pot and simmer for one hour. Heat cream slowly in a double boiler. (Do not boil!) Add heated cream to tomato mixture.
