INGREDIENTS

3 T Butter
3 T Flour
2 c Milk
1/2 t Salt
2 Green onions, chopped
1 Sliced Mushrooms, Drained
2 1/2 ounce
1 Jar Pimentos, Chopped 2
1/2 ounce
1 White chunk chicken, 2 1/2
ounce diced
1 c Jack cheese, shredded
1 Avocado, sliced for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Place butter in a medium size bowl. Microwave at high (1 00%) until
melted, 30 to 45 seconds. Stir in flour. Blend in milk Microwave at
medium high (70%) until slightly thickened, 5 to 6 minutes, stirring
twice during cooking time. Add remaining ingredients, except avocado,
mixing well. Microwave at medium high (70%) until hot and bubbly, 3  to
4 minutes. Serve over toast points. Garnish with avocado. Makes 4  to 6
servings.  NOTE: 11/2 cups left-over chicken may be used.  Recipe by:
