Romaine lettuce (being short of time, I use 12oz pkg romaine hearts – already trimmed and cleaned) |

INSTRUCTIONS
DRESSING
Tear the romaine lettuce and add all salad ingredients to bowl. Mix the
ingredients for the dressing (I use an electric hand blender). Chill the
dressing and pour over salad and toss at last minute.
