INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Salad Oil
1/4 c Vinegar
1/4 c Onions, chopped
1 t Salt
1 ds Pepper
2 t Worcestershire Sauce
2 lb Round Or Chuck Roast, cut in
1 1/2 " cubes*
1 Cucumber, cut in 1/2" slices
Fresh Mushrooms
Cherry Tomatoes
Metal Skewers

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients for marinade. Mix well. Add beef cubes. Let
meat marinate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.  Meanwhile
prepare hot coals.  To assemble skewers:  1 lge. whole mushroom, 1 cube
of beef, 1 slice of cucumber. Repeat.  Leave space on end of skewer for
cherry tomato.  Place skewers 4 to 5 inches from heat. Cook about 25
minutes. Turn  often and baste with marinade. Add tiny ripe tomatoes to
end of each  skewer for last 5 minutes.  Source: Recipes Out of This
