Name: Dairyland Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients: 1 pk (8-oz) noodles (I use wide noodles); 1 tb Butter or margarine; 1 1/2 lb Ground beef; 2 cn (8-oz) tomato sauce; 1/8 ts Worcestershire sauce; 1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; 1 c Cottage cheese; 1/2 c Sour cream; 1/3 c Chopped green onions; 1 tb Chopped green pepper; 2 tb Melted butter or margarine

There are a lot of temptations for pastors, one of which, because of our public role, is to think of ourselves more highly than we should. And in so doing, we can develop a tendency to depreciate those who are under our leadership. This can be manifested in a number of ways. Our messages can be occasions where we talk down to people. We can berate people about particular sins, though our own sins are just as heinous. We can assume a know-it-all attitude. We can conduct meetings in such a way that we take advantage of people or make light of their thoughts or suggestions. We can make public, veiled references to people. And we can use humor about our members from the pulpit at their emotional expense.

Hi everyone!  This is one of my family's favorite ground beef recipes. Cook
noodles; drain.  Brown beef in margarine.  Add the tomato sauce and
Worcestershire.  Combine softened cream cheese with the cottage cheese and
sour cream.  Add onions and green pepper.  Butter a casserole dish and
spread 1/2 of the noodles on the bottom; cover with the cheese mixture. Add
remaining noodles.  Pour the melted butter over.  Add the tomato-beef
mixture. Cook in 350 degree oven until heated through.
