Ingredients: 1 pk Yeast; 3 c Whole wheat flour; 1 ts Salt; 3 tb Maple syrup; 1 ts Maple extract (optional); 1/2 c Pecans; 1 md Ripe banana, sliced; (about 1 1/2 cups); 1 c Warm water
