Eggs Danish Desserts 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Sugar
5 Egg Whites
1 c Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter, add sugar and blend well. Add sifted flour, fold in stiffly
beaten egg whites. Spread dough in buttered cake pan and bake in moderate
oven until very light brown. Cut into squares while warm and form into
Krammerhus or cones. Just before serving, fill with whipped cream slightly
sweetened and flavored.
