INGREDIENTS

1 lb Tricolor pasta; cooked
1 lg Onion; chopped
5 Stalks celery; chopped
1 Whole green pepper; seeded and chopped
1 cn Pitted black olives; coarsely chopped
4 oz Can mushroom
1 Whole plum tomato; whole, peeled and chopped
8 oz Feta cheese; crumbled
1/2 c Pine nuts
1/2 c Balsamic vinegar
1/2 c Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients and chill.
NOTES : I use my Cuinsenart Food Processor do the onion, celery, then
tomato <coarsely chopped> and olives. Be sure to get a good quality of tri
