INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c Sugar
Egg
2 Apples, peeled finely chopp
1/2 c Chopped Nuts
1/2 c Chopped Dates
1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 t Baking Soda
1 t Baking Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Blend butter and sugar, then beat in egg.
Stir in apples, dates, and nuts. In a separate bowl, combine flour,
baking powder and baking soda. Gradually stir into apple mixture.
Spread in a greased 9"x9" pan and bake 30 minutes.  From Gemini's
