INGREDIENTS
| 3 | oz | Gelatin — any flavor |
| 2 | tb | Sugar |
| 1/8 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | c | Water — boiling |
| 1 | cn | Peach Slices In Syrup |
| 2 | ts | Lemon Juice — (or lime |
| Juice) | ||
| 3 | oz | Cream Cheese — softened OR |
| 1/2 | c | Sour Cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve jello, sugar, and salt in boiling water. Drain peaches, and add water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid. Add liquid to jello. Reserve 1/2 cup jello for topping. Blend cheese (or sour cream) with 1/2 cup of the jello until smooth. Pour into mold. Mix rest of jello with peaches, pour into mold (an 8 x 8 x 2, or 2 quart mold). Chill until firm.
