INGREDIENTS

3 oz Gelatin — any flavor
2 tb Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1 c Water — boiling
1 cn Peach Slices In Syrup
2 ts Lemon Juice — (or lime
Juice)
3 oz Cream Cheese — softened OR
1/2 c Sour Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve jello, sugar, and salt in boiling water.
Drain peaches, and add water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid.  Add liquid
to jello.  Reserve 1/2 cup jello for topping. Blend cheese (or sour cream)
with 1/2 cup of the jello until smooth.  Pour into mold.  Mix rest of jello
with peaches, pour into mold (an 8 x 8 x 2, or 2 quart mold).  Chill until
firm.
NOTE:  reduce liquid slightly if using sour cream.
