INSTRUCTIONS
Fry wings in oil*, or bake at 350x until crisp and cooked, for 15-20
minutes. Drain wings well, combine butter, tabasco, and vinegar in a bowl,
add wings , stir well to cover each wing. Place on platter. Dressing: Mix
well and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Place next to or on platter of
wings, accompanied by celery sticks
