3 | c | Pineapple chunks, fresh |
Canned or frozen | ||
2 | T | Ginger root, grated -OR- |
1 | t | Ground ginger |
1 | c | Pineapple juice |
1 | c | Soy sauce |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
3 | T | Oil |
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean and cut the fryers. Combine all the above ingredients (with exception of oil) for a marinade. Cover chicken and let stand at least 4 hours. Turn often. Drain.
