INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Butter; (1/2 stick)
2 lg Onions; thinly sliced
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
4 Boneless; skinless chicken

1/3 c Heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat., Add the onions
and saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the salt and pepper
then add the chicken. Cook the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or
until no pink remains and the onions are tender and golden. Reduce the heat
to low and stir in the heavy cream until thoroughly mixed. Serve
immediately.
