Confectioner's sugar; sifted |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream shortening with flavoring, add sugar and milk alternately and beat
with electric mixer until creamy and smooth. This icing is a stiff
decorator's icing and should be covered and refrigerated if all is not
used. Cream again before using. Variation: use 3/4 cup Crisco and 3/4 cup
butter.
