Deep fried ice cream is not something for my taste, but I just happen to
know the recipe and it's very easy to make. Use ice cream of any flour you
like. Scoop and roll the ice cream into a ball, usually the size of a
tennis ball. Prepare some white bread with the sides trimmed off and wrap
them around the ice cream ball. Roll the ball in some beaten eggs and then
in some bread crumbs. Freeze until ready to be served. When frying the ice
cream, use medium to hot oil and fry it until golden brown. The frying must
be done as quickly as possible before the ice cream melts. Enjoy.
