INSTRUCTIONS
1 Heat the oil in a large deep pan. Cut the onion into 1/2" rings. Whisk
the flour and water to make a batter. Coat the onion rings in the batter
and deep fry until golden brown. Deep fry the shredded cabbage and bacon.
