INGREDIENTS

1 | t | Vegetable oil |
1 | 7 oz Ortega chili salsa | |
1 | t | Brown sugar |
1/2 | t | Garlic powder |

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a Dutch oven or large, flameproof casserole. Brown meat on all sides on medium high heat. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl. pour over meat. Cover pan, reduce heat to low and simmer 2-1/2 to3 hours. Check roast after 2 hours. If more liquid is needed, add a little water or wine.
