Eggs Jewish 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Wide noodles
4 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar (for sweetness) (up to 3/4)
2 ts Cinnamon
1 cn Pineapple chunks drained (20oz)
4 Apples chopped
1/2 c Raisins (up to 1)

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil noodles as per instructions. Put in collander. In same pot using hand
whipper, mix eggs, sugar and cinnamon, add all other ingredients including
noodles and mix with large spoon. Pour into 8x8 or larger pan (usually use
glass pan). Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake about 45 minutes. If gets too
brown after about 30minutes, cover with aluminum foil. Delicious and
easy--only one dirty pot.
