Vegetables Side, Vegetables 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

3 lb Yams; (fresh or canned)
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/4 c Melted butter
1/2 c Half and half
1/2 c Chopped pecans
16 lg Marshmallows; (I use more)

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil yams until tender and peel(if canned, drained thoroughly). Mash yams
and add the next six ingredients. Mix together thoroughly. Place in a
greased 2 qt. casserole and top with marshmallows. Bake @ 350º for 25-30
minutes.
