INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Water
2 T Cornstarch
3 T Soy sauce
2 T Oyster sauce
1 T Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate chicken or meat pieces in the marinade for at least an hour.
Stir fry in very hot 2 tablespoons of oil. Remove from the pan. Add
thinly sliced vegetables and stir fry for 3 minutes. Return the meat
to the pan. Add peapods and stir fry 2 more minutes. Stir in extras
soy sauce to taste.  You have to guess on how much of all this you want
to use. Remember  this is the back of a drawer recipe. Mary Curtis
