INGREDIENTS
1/2 | c | Water |
2 | T | Cornstarch |
3 | T | Soy sauce |
2 | T | Oyster sauce |
1 | T | Sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate chicken or meat pieces in the marinade for at least an hour. Stir fry in very hot 2 tablespoons of oil. Remove from the pan. Add thinly sliced vegetables and stir fry for 3 minutes. Return the meat to the pan. Add peapods and stir fry 2 more minutes. Stir in extras soy sauce to taste. You have to guess on how much of all this you want to use.
