INGREDIENTS
| 1 1/4 | lb | Ground beef |
| 1/3 | c | Chopped onion |
| 1/4 | c | Chopped green peppers |
| 1 | cn | (8 oz.) tomato sauce |
| 1 | sm | Can mushrooms |
| 1 | cn | (8 oz.) green beans |
| 1/4 | ts | Cumin seed |
| 1/4 | ts | Garlic salt |
| 1 | cn | (8 oz.) crescent rolls |
| 1 | Egg; slightly beaten | |
| 2 | c | Shredded Cheddar cheese; or Monterey Jack |
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown and drain ground beef, onions, peppers. Add spices and mushrooms, green beans, tomato sauce. Separate rolls and place in deep dish pie pan. Combine eggs and 1/2 the cheese. Spread over crust and spoon hot mix into crust top with 1 cup of cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with tossed salad.
