INGREDIENTS
| 1/4 | c | Dry Bread Crumbs |
| 1 | tb | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 1 | ts | Paprika |
| 1 | ts | Dried Thyme |
| 1/2 | ts | Garlic Salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Ground Red Pepper |
| 1/3 | c | Low-Fat Buttermilk |

| 1 | tb | Stick Margarine Or Butter; Melted |
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 °. 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. Place buttermilk in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, breast sides up, in a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over chicken. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until done.
