3 c Skim milk
1 3 oz. package fat-free sugar
free instant chocolate
pudding
1 1/2 c Fat-free ice cream, any
flavor

INSTRUCTIONS

Here are two recipes I picked up in the Health Zone at AOL. The
chocolate shakes are great, but I haven't tried the nacho/vachos yet.
Pour milk into blender container. Add pudding mix and ice cream.  Cover
and blend on high speed 15 seconds or until smooth.  Posted to Digest
