INSTRUCTIONS
BOIL the milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Continue to stir till reduced to 200
ml. Add 100 g. sugar and stir till dissolved. Keep aside to cool.
Preheat the oven to 375o C. Mix the condensed milk, cream, vanilla essence
and the lemon juice. Mix well. Chill in the refrigerator.
In a large bowl beat the sugar and the butter at high speed. Mix in the
flour, oats and the walnuts. Mix at low speed. Grease a pizza pan or a
baking sheet lightly. Spread the mixture over it. Prick with a fork. Bake
for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool thoroughly. When
completely cool or at serving time, spread the milk mixture on the cookie
pizza leaving about 2.5 cm. along the edge of the cookie uncovered. Garnish
with walnuts, bananas and pineapple. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
Refrigerate the leftovers, if any.
