Ingredients: 1 lb Crabmeat; 1 c Mashed potatoes; 2 Eggs, hard boiled, chopped; 1 Sm. green pepper, chopped; 1 Egg, beaten; 1/2 ts Salt; Old Bay seasoning; Dash onion powder; 1 tb Parsley, chopped; Cracker meal

INGREDIENTS

1	lb	Crabmeat
1	c	Mashed potatoes
2		Eggs, hard boiled, chopped
1		Sm. green pepper, chopped
1		Egg, beaten
1/2	ts	Salt
		Old Bay seasoning
		Dash onion powder
1	tb	Parsley, chopped
		Cracker meal

INSTRUCTIONS

Sautee chopped green pepper and parsley and set aside. Combine crabmeat,
mashed potatoes, seasonings, chopped egg, green pepper and parsley, and
beaten egg.
Shape into croquettes, roll in cracker meal and deep fry until golden
brown.
