Mayo; (depends on how runny you like the filling) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut eggs in half. Place whites on the serving dish. Mash the yolks in a
small bowl until fine. Add dry ingredients and then the mayo. (I usually
add more.)
Spoon filling into the egg whites. Some people use a fancy cake decorator
to fill the whites to add a festive touch. For an added touch, you can
sprinkle extra dill weed or paprika on top for garnish.
Refrigerate until time to serve.
