Name: Deviled Steak Cubes
Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb Beef round steak cut cubes; 2 tb Cooking oil; 1/2 c Tomato sauce; 1/2 c Chopped onion; 2 tb Vinegar; 1 tb Prepared mustard; 2 ts Prepared horseradish; 1 Clove garlic, minced; 3/4 ts Salt; 1/4 ts Pepper; 2/3 c Cold water; 1/3 c All purpose flour; Hot cooked noodles

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Trim excess fat from meat, cut meat into cubes. In a skillet brown meat on
all sides in hot oil, drain. Transfer meat to S.C stir in all other ing.
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 - 10 hours. Turn to high heat
setting. Blend cold water slowly into flour, stir into meat mixture, Cook
till thickened Stir occ. Serve with noodles - 6 Servings.
