1/2 lb Winter melon; diced
1/4 c Chicken; diced
4 Water chestnuts; diced
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Place stock or broth in a pot. Cover & bring to a boil. Add winter melon,
chicken & water chestnuts. Simmer 10 min. Season to taste w/ salt and MSG.
