Ingredients: 2 c Black japonica cooked according to package directions; 3/4 c Mayonaise; 1/4 c Honey; 2 tb Dijon mustard; 1 ts Horseradish; 6 Chicken breast halves

INGREDIENTS

2	c	Black japonica cooked according to package directions
3/4	c	Mayonaise
1/4	c	Honey
2	tb	Dijon mustard
1	ts	Horseradish

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix these ingredients in a bowl and brush it on Chicken breasts. Broil or
grill the chicken breasts until done. Spread the Japonica on a platter as a
bed for the Chicken breasts arrange the chicken breasts on the Japonica and
garnish with sliced orange.
