INGREDIENTS

2 c Black japonica cooked
according to package
directions
3/4 c Mayonaise
1/4 c Honey
2 T Dijon mustard
1 t Horseradish
6 Chicken breast halves

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix these ingredients in a bowl and brush it on Chicken breasts.  Broil
or grill the chicken breasts until done. Spread the Japonica on  a
platter as a bed for the Chicken breasts arrange the chicken  breasts
on the Japonica and garnish with sliced orange.  Recipe by: Lundberg
