INSTRUCTIONS
The first salad dressing below was part of a previous post, but I have found it to be wonderful with salads containing cabbage. It also seems to compliment many flavors, so it has gone well with all sorts of meals from chicken to fish to curry. It has much less fat than conventional salad dressings. Stir together until well blended. Start with 1/2 t sesame oil, and add more until you are happy with the flavor. The sesame oil makes all the difference, although some people may find the dressing very nice without it. Sesame oil is found in the oriental section of the grocery store. it comes in a small bottle and is used in very small quantities.
