INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Olive oil
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/3 c Red wine vinegar
1/8 ts Coarse black pepper
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 ts Dijon mustard
1/2 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake
well. Makes 1.5 cups
