INSTRUCTIONS
Medium Loaf:
3/4 c water
1/4 c olive oil, +
2/3 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp salt
1 1/3 Tbs parsley
1 1/3 Tbs dill weed
2 1/2 c bread flour
1/4 c nonfat dry milk powder 2 tsp yeast
flour equivalents: 2 C (small) 2 1/2 C (medium) 3 C (large) cycle: white;
timer setting: medium
