INGREDIENTS
| 5 | md | Zucchini, Sliced 1/4" Thick |
| 1 1/2 | c | Chicken Broth |
| 4 | tb | Unsalted Butter |
| 2 | tb | Snipped Fresh Dill |
| Salt And Pepper To Taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine zucchini, chicken broth and butter in a 3 quart microwave safe dish. Cover dish with plastic wrap, leaving one corner open to vent. Cook on high power, stirring once, for 10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer zucchini to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with dill, season with salt and pepper, toss to combine. Serve hot. From: Syd's Cookbook.
