Saute onion in butter. Stir in cottage and remove from heat. Stir yeast
into warm water. Combine rest of ingredients and add yeast mixture. Stir
in onion, butter, and cottage cheese. Let rise in bowl till doubled. Stir
down and transfer to a loaf pan. Let rise again. Bake at 350F for 34-50
min.
Serving Ideas : Good with winter soups.
