(10 1/2 oz.) mushroom gravy |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, parsley,
horseradish and salt; mix well. Shape into 4 oval patties about 1/2 inch
thick.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef patties and
cook 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink inside. Transfer
to a platter and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm. Drain off all but 1
tablespoon of the liquid from the skillet.
In the same skillet, saute mushrooms over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes, or
until tender. Add gravy and heat 3 to 4 minutes, or until heated through.
Pour the gravy mixture over the beef patties and serve. Makes 4 servings
