INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Soy sauce
2 tb Ginger; finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic; finely chopped
1 ts Rice vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients well and let set in the refrigerator for at least 30
minutes (the longer the better). Bring to room temperature before serving.
