1/3 c Curshed pineapple, drained
2 T Flaked coconut
1 t Sugar
Apricot Cream Dip:
1/2 c Nonfat yogurt or sour cream
1/3 c All fruit apricot jam
1/8 t Almond extract
Honey Almond Dip:
2/3 c Nonfat plain yogurt
3 T Slivered, toasted almonds
Finely chopped
2 1/2 T Honey
Strawberry Cream Dip:
1/2 c Sour cream or nonfat yogurt
1/4 c All fruit strawberry jam

INSTRUCTIONS

Even tho' they are low fat they are still very good with fruit. Julia
